Tom Parker is the Head of Marketing for Beauty at Boots UK – the UK’s leading health & beauty retailer. He has over a decade of experience in the industry and in his current role he is responsible for all beauty marketing output from Boots UK and has been a fundamental member of the team behind the transformation of the beauty business at Boots.

Most recently, Tom has led the creation of Boots’ biggest beauty campaign to date, ‘Make More Room for Beauty’, which is a bold and disruptive activity to announce Boots as the UK’s favourite beauty retailer with the launch over 25 new brands to add to the industry leading hundreds they already offer both in physical retail and online. He is especially passionate about successfully positioning Boots as a beauty destination for all, especially helping to shift the perceptions in the youngest of consumers who are new to the beauty market and experiencing the world of beauty in new, exciting and different ways.

It is his firm belief that fragrance plays a unique role as part of this proposition and is a fundamental part of any beauty lovers toolkit and therefore is vital for any beauty retailer too. Fragrance and the power it holds as a way to improve wellbeing, stimulate memories, transform self-confidence or simply indulge is something extraordinarily special and it is an absolute joy to be able to work in and around this every day. Boots’ commitment to championing fragrance can be seen in part of its latest ‘’Make More Room for Beauty’ campaign where a giant replica of a Kayali fragrance bottle has been mounted on a billboard outside Westfield White City to share this scent on scale with passers by with a spray every 10 minutes.
