The Fragrance Foundation Jasmine Awards Judges Briefing & Champagne Reception
On Monday 5th February we were delighted to host The Fragrance Foundation Jasmine Awards Judges Briefing & Champagne Reception in The Library at The Marylebone, 27 Welbeck St, London.
We welcomed our esteemed judges: Naomi Alderman - Author of “The Power” which won the Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction in 2017; Catherine Mitchell - Business Development Manager International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) ; Lizzie Ostrom - Author of “Perfume: A Century of Scents”; Katie Puckrik - Broadcaster, Writer & Performer & Kate Stephens - Digital Content & Transformation Consultant. Our other Judges, David Walker-Smith - Director & Founder of DWS.LONDON & Kate Lord Brown – Author of “The Perfume Garden” were not available for this gathering unfortunately.
Linda Key Jackson, CEO of The Fragrance Foundation, hosted the briefing in the intimate & relaxing surroundings of The Library with a cup of tea and some bespoke biscuits made by Bluebell Biscuiterie.
A Champagne reception with Canapés followed where the Judges were joined by the Sponsors of The Fragrance Foundation Jasmine Awards –Dior, Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, Elegantes London, Guerlain, Kenneth Green Associates, Lalique, Moyses Stevens, Penhaligon’s & The Perfume Shop who all generously contributed to the event. Board Members, Roja Dove, Jane Boardman, Justine Southall & Linda Taylor were also present and enjoyed mingling with the Judges and hearing about their backgrounds & experience with fragrance.
The judges will be reading all the entries over the next month and the finalists will be announced on 19th March. The Winners will be announced on the 5th April across The Fragrance Foundation social media platforms.
