 A week-long celebration of fragrance.

 The National Fragrance Week initiative from The Fragrance Foundation is designed to help bring the magic back to an industry filled with history, artistry and passion... And what better way to celebrate this than by bringing together the whole industry for a week-long celebration! 

Although we have been celebrating National Fragrance Day since 2016, 2019 was the second year that The Fragrance Foundation have expanded the celebrations to a whole week! Our mission is to expand the appreciation, use and sale of fragrance amongst all people.

This year our members came together to provide a whole host of events and promotions in store with digital activities to promote fragrance in all its forms and get consumers excited about this magical product.

The events including Molton Brown’s evening with the Perfumer, The Perfume Shop’s brand takeover, Specialised Dior consultations and Penhaligon’s History and ingredients Master Class! With other brands such as KGA, Floral Street and Ashleigh & Burwood promoting offers and competitions for all fragrance fans to get involved with the week created a huge buzz around the beautiful world of fragrance!

Brand success in association with National Fragrance Week for 2019 included The Perfume Shop seeing an increase of +275% interaction rate for the week and brands such as Floral Street, Sana Jardin, Chantecaille and Charabanc acheiving a substantial increase in following on their digital platforms! 

We can’t wait to see what National Fragrance Week 2020 holds!
